Lee Alexander Costache, Lic. Real Estate Broker
Lee is the Licensed Real Estate Broker for SUNCOAST PROPERTIES REALTY. He has been in the real estate business in Florida since 2004 and also a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and a Community Association Manager.
Since 2004 Lee has helped many satisfied clients such as:
– Sellers to successfully list and receive maximum profits from listing their homes,
– Landlords to efficiently and effectively manage and rent their investments,
– Buyers to find and own their dream homes,
– Guided community board of directors and members and the management and administration of their condominium and home owner associations, and
– Taught students in start their careers and further their real estate education.
Lee’s background includes a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and a Master In Business Administration. Lee’s career started as a software developer and over the years developed many software systems providing support as lead developer, project manager, software consultant, director of MIS and president. Lee has always had a strong interest in real estate and started his own brokerage in 2004.
At the heart of Lee’s inner core is a positive outlook, help others and a desire to always take the ethical course of action.
